Born in Stockholm, Ivar Forsling began his artistic career in theater in 2017 with the play “Dina och Jovan” at Boulevardteatern. He continued on stage with “Sannas sanna jag” in 2019 at the Norrbottensteatern, then “Välkommen” in 2020 at the Regionteater Väst.

In 2020, he made his television debut in the series “Rebecka Martinsson“, playing the character Jocke. The following year, he gained notoriety as Prince Erik in the Netflix series “Young Royals“, a role that earned him international recognition.

In 2023, he appeared in the series “Gaslight“, before starring in “The Swedish Torpedo” (Den svenska torpeden) in 2024, where he played the role of Hjalmar Lind. In 2025, he appeared in the film “Love Forever“, playing Jacob.
