Throughout his life, William Kelly has suspected that art has a profound ability to break war’s rage. Through the voices of some of the world’s most socially engaged artists and thinkers, the documentary explores these questions in search of an alternative path for humanity.

Mark Street has worked in the film and TV industry for 25 years as a producer, director, editor, and sound designer. He has produced arts segments for on-air and online featuring artists, curators, galleries and musicians from Gilbert and George to the Bollywood film festival. His work in art continued with Inside Art, an independent series from ABC, in which he shot at the major galleries in Melbourne. He met William Kelly while producing a documentary on the development of art in regional Victorian towns.
