Guests of Honor

Among the guests who have participated in previous editions are major figures of European cinema, including Kine Aune, Anja Breien, Henning Carlsen, Jean-Claude Carrière, Peter Fleischmann, Knut Erik Jensen, Carlos Saura, Hans-Jürgen Syberberg, István Szabó, Agnès Varda, etc.

Since 2006, Europe by Europe has made a considerable effort to introduce young filmmakers from all the countries of Greater Europe to the Parisian public. The Paris European Film Festival organizes exchanges during events, competitions and meetings, in addition to offering a wide program acclaimed each year by the public and institutions for its cinematic standards and the quality of its European discoveries.
