Evropa Film Akt has the pleasure of presenting the 2009 Europe around Europe film festival.

This 4^th annual presentation of Europe around Europe has brought together over 80 films representing a wide spectrum of selections from European cinema, which have been very carefully selected for their artistic, aesthetic and political force.

The films that will be shown will be touring Europe, serving as  representatives  of  rarely seen national cinema.

Europe around Europe  aims at expressing the complexity of the multifaceted identities of European civilization.

Community can only be built through the sharing of culture, history, emotions, ordeals and joys.

May Europe find, in this festival, intimate manifestations of its identity and spirituality.
